Kendley Baptiste Dee St. Juste Paul Semsair
Three Washington men were jailed without bond Wednesday morning on weapons charges after shots were fired around Northwest 15th Street and McCormick just after 10am yesterday. 27-year-old Paul Semsair, 29-year-old Dee St. Juste and 24-year-old Kendly Baptiste are all charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and possession of a handgun without a license. Semsair is also charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Police reports say that shots were fired between the three in what appeared to be a dispute over money.
