-A Sunday afternoon traffic stop landed a Shoals man behind bars on numerous drug charges. At 12:45-pm while on patrol on US 50 in Loogootee a vehicle was stopped as the front seat occupants were not wearing seatbelts. After stopping the car, a three year old boy was seen in the back seat who was not property restrained. Upon investigation, the driver, 29 year old Robert A. Osborne of Shoals was found to have a suspended driver’s license and a search of the vehicle turned up illegal substances. Osborne is charged with possession of a schedule 2 and 4 controlled substance, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, driving while suspended and neglect of a dependent

-Washington Police were checking on a moped operator at 6th and East National Highway Saturday night at about 11:30. Police ended up arresting 40-year-old Ryan Norrington of Washington for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2500.
-Ronald Ketchem, 46 of Washington was arrested Saturday night for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance, owi with endangerment and owi with a prior. The arrest was made after a stop at Southeast 11th and Axtel. Bond was set at $2500.
-54-year-old John Hunt of Washington was arrested by Odon Police on Saturday for operating while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2000.
-A domestic battery investigation on Saturday resulted in the arrest of 26-year-old Ryan Shanklin of Washington who is charged with domestic battery, strangulation, criminal confinement and criminal mischief.
