Matthew Paris Rhodes, 31 of Jasper, passed away Monday at 4:46pm at Jasper Memorial Hospital.
Matthew was born at Scott Airforce Base in O’Fallon, Illinois to Col. Robert (Rose) Rhodes and Wendy (Wright) Rhodes.
Surviving members include Step Brother Gary Barker of Fort Smith Arkansas, Step Sister Teri (Jeff) Martin of Otwell, IN and Rosie (Dan) Rose of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Nephews, River Rose and Nathan Barker; Nieces, Alexis Thomlinson, Devin Fuller, and Willow Rose.
Matthew was a member of the St. Joseph Choir
A Memorial service will take place Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11am at Otwell Methodist Church with Pastor Logan McCullough officiating. Visitation will be from 10am until time of services Saturday, January 2, 2016.
