-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department was called to a report of a 2004 Impalaa in the water east of Clark Road on Old 50 at just before 3-pm Tuesday. The car had went off the road and flipped over landing on it’s top. According to police logs, the occupants of the vehicle got out and were walking following the accident. Minor damage was reported to the guard rail. Police reports indicate they continued their investigation with the driver, 23-year-old Julie Marie Deem at the Daviess Community Hospital emergency room
-An accident without injuries was reported at 2:45-pm at the entranced of the Gasthof Amish Village in Montgomery on Monday. A semi slid of the road, blocking the road for a time.
