Roberta A. (Bobbie) Cherry, 66, of Loogootee, passed away at 1:05 a.m. on December 26, 2015 at St. Mary Medical Center in Evansville.
She was born December 29, 1948 in Washington, IN to the lateDon and Mae (Burton) Reinhart and Robert (Bud) McCord.
Bobbie retired from NSWC Crane as a financial analyst. She previously worked for Century 21. She was a member of Hindostan United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed crocheting, but most of all, she loved her family and friends.
Bobbie was preceded indeath by her 1st husband, Lee Arvin and his parents, Leonard and Pauline Arvin; parents,Don and Mae (Burton) Reinhart and Robert (Bud) McCord; brother, Jim Reinhart and daughter-in-law, Kara Arvin.
She is survived by her children, Scott Arvin, Brian (Heather) Arvin and Katie Hawkins, all of Loogootee; grandchildren, Trent, Jarrett and Ashlee Arvin, Zachary and Parker Arvin, and Maelee and Josie Hawkins; siblings, Gary (Judy) McCord of Brownstown, Carla (Tom) Williams, Donnie (Mary Ann) Reinhart and Debbie (Gene) Parsons, all of Loogootee.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Loogootee United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Truelove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
