The special postmark for mail passing through the Santa Claus post office branch this Christmas season has been unveiled. The artist this year is Indiana University freshman Olivia Hitz. Her mother, Cathy, lives in Santa Claus. Postmaster Marian Balbach says “the Santa Claus holiday postmark has become the most popular in the nation over the past two decades.
