Theresa Cecilia Ryan, 89, of Loogotoee, formerly of Lexington, Kentucky passed away peacfully surrounded by her family at 12:34-am on Thursday, October 29, 2015.

She was born October22, 1926 in Chicago, IL to the late Hugh and Cecilia (Toale) Martin.

Theresa was a believer of the catholic faith. She was an avid bowler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ryan; parents, Hugh and Cecilia (Toale) Martin; one sister and three brothers.

She is survived by five sons, James (Chris) Ryan of Deland, FL., Michael (Patty) Ryan of Lexington, KY., John (Julie) Ryan of Cameron Park, CA., Edward Ryan of Cape May, NJ., and Joe (June) Ryan of Loogootee, IN.; two daughters, Kathleen Ryan (Don Whitesell) of Downers Grove, IL. and Jeanne Ryan of Dallas, TX.; 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Willhoit and Celia Brain, both of Chicago, IL. andone brother, Patrick Martin of Chicago, IL.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in River Grove, Illinois.
