Washington Police arrested 43-year-old Kevin Graber onf Monday for possession of meth and paraphernalia. He posted bond.
55-year-old Roy V. Johnson (no mugshot available) of Elnora was arrested by Odon Police for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with greater than .15%, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and criminal recklessness with a firearm. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center at 12:33-am today. Bond was set at $2500.
Raymond Flannelly
Two people were arrested and jailed in the 3-am hour today for possession of marijuana and for a misdemeanor weapons offense. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department website says that 29-year-old Spring Rachelle Hall (no mugshot available) of Edwardsport and 30-year-old Raymond A. Flannelly of Washington were being held overnight on the charges. Flannelly also faces alcohol charges.
