Another candidate has thrown his hat into the ring to be the new Daviess County Commissioner.
Kent Norris has filed paperwork in the hopes of gaining the seat vacated by Tony Wichman. That’s according to the Washington Times Herald.
Norris joins Kristen Miles, Jason Davis, Dan Jones and James Derrick Clarke.
Republican Precinct Committeemen meet October 15th to select a commissioner to fill out Wichman’s term. Potential candidates have up to 72 hours before the 6-pm October 15th meeting to file as a candidate.
