31-year-old Eric Rayman was arrested last night by Washington City Police. He was charged with operating while never receiving a license. He was booked in at 8:37-pm and was released on bond.
39-year-old Curtis Wolfe was charged with contempt of court on Wednesday.
33-year-old Robert Lance Osgatharp was jailed at 11:30 last night for possession of a controlled substance.
