Three Washington residents are facing charges after a shoplifting investigation at the Vincennes Wal Mart. At 12:09pm Thursday afternoon, police arrested 49-year-old Penny Padgett of for theft as well as possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. She was also wanted on a failure to appear warrant out of Lawrence County, Indiana. Also arrested was 35-year-old Kickki L. Frislter for theft, and 71-year-old Garry Burg for theft. All three were booked into the Knox County Jail.
