Three Vincennes residents face charges in Vermillion County

Indiana State Police arrested three people from Vincennes Sunday after they were pulled over for speeding.
The car was stopped in Vermillion County on State Road 63.
Troopers noticed what smelled like burnt marijuana in the car.
They searched the car and found what appeared to be 11 grams of heroin and 2 grams of marijuana.
Troopers say the driver would not take a chemical test for intoxication.
Michael Williams, Darrius Robinson and Levana Robinson were all taken to the Vermillion County Jail.
