Washington Police made some marijuana possession arrests on Tuesday.
27-year-old Tyler P. Croak of Washington was also charged with visiting a common nuisance. No bond was set. Meanwhile, 19-year-old Derek L. Bruce was also charged with maintaining a common nuisance and illegal possession of a syringe. He was also jailed without bond.

Washington Police also reported arresting 18-year-old Trista L. Byers of Washington for possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
Early today, 38-year-old Michael L. Pate of Jasper was arrested in Washington for escape. He was booked into the security center at 1:19-am and later posted bond and was released.
A Montgomery man was booked into the security center on two counts of driving under the influence. 50 year old Kirk Williams was jailed at 6:21 am today.
