Richard Eugene “Dick” Faith

Richard Eugene “Dick” Faith, 68, died at 5 a.m. Sunday.

Born Feb. 10, 1947, in Washington, he was the son of Alvin R. and Ida Mae “Tootie” (Barnes) Faith.

A 1965 Washington High School graduate, he was a union carpenter. He loved playing guitar and singing. He was very into music and played in several local bands over the years.

He is survived by his companion, Sandra Shauntee of Evansville; children Bryan Faith (Heather) of Washington, Jamie Like (Anita Frazer) of Henderson, Kentucky, Lisa Jones of Indianapolis, Lori Rabon (Gee) of Sumter, South Carolina, and Shelley Faith of Evansville; many grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one brother, Steve Faith (Janet).

He is preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Deborah Faith; and two brothers, Ronald Darrell “Bub” Faith and infant Kenneth Dean Faith.

There will be no funeral services. Private burial will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens at a later date.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Gill Funeral Home.
