James H. Graber, 68, of Loogootee, IN, went to be with his Heavenly father surrounded by his family and friends at 11:04 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2015.
He was born May 27, 1947 in Daviess County, IN to the late Herman and Edith (Stoll) Graber.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Edith (Stoll) Graber; son, Kenneth Dale Graber; brother, Raymond Graber; sisters, Lillie Knepp and Shirley Graber.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Wittmer) Graber of Loogootee; children, Randall (Camilla) Graber of Loogootee and Brent (Cheryl) Graber of Cannelburg; grandchildren, Tyler Matthew, Tracy Nicole, Tanner Drew, Lane Harrison and Ethan James Graber and Taichi Daisaku of Tokyo, Japan; sister, Rachel (Larry) Wagler of Cannelburg, Rosie (Laverne) Graber of Washington, Joyce (Marvin) Knepp of Washington, Betty (William) Knepp of Washington; brother, Gerald (Leona) Graber of Plainville and Clifford (Donna) Graber of Plainville; sister-in-law, Lydia Graber of Loogootee; brother-in-law, Wilmer (Lillie) Knepp of Plainville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at First Mennonite Church in Montgomery. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 26, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at First Mennonite Church and Monday, July 27, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the church.
