Jacqueline L. Donaldson, 59, died at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday at Daviess Community Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Poindexter-McClure Funeral Home, Odon Chapel.
