In other personnel actions, the Board accepted resignations from Jessica Pender and Nicholas Grothouse from the Junior High,  Breanna Thurman from the high school staff, and elementary teacher Phillip Burden.  Veale secretary Jennifer Skomo also submitted her resignation.

Several appointments were approved, they included: Cindy Wilson and Robin Thomas in high school english; Jennifer Williams and RJ Key, for Jr. high english, and Sarah Riggins, for Jr. high math…. and Olivia Harner joins the elementary staff.

At the end of the meeting Dr. Roach reminded patrons who have not registered on line that registration for the junior high and the high school would be held from 9 to 4, July 21, and from 1 to 7, July 22.  Roach also said students at all schools could register on-line and emphasized that it is important that all students register for the coming school year.
