City Police booked 34-year-old Belinda Whittington into the Daviess County Security Center overnight for driving while suspended with a prior. She posted bond.
18-year-old Jacob Durnil of Washington was arrested after midnight and booked for possession of marijuana. He bonded out of the security center.
City Police report 45-year-old Dave Armstrong of Washington was arrested Friday on a warrant for intimidation with a deadly weapon and failure to appear. No bond was set.
City Police report arresting a Petersburg resident Thursday on marijuana and other charges. 18-year-old Tanner S. Houchin is charged with possession of marijuana, and paraphernalia as well as visiting a common nuisance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was set at $2000 at the Daviess County Security Center. Houchin did post bond. The arrest came after a traffic stop just after 11-pm on Thursday. A juvenile was released to a parent.
