Griffith Elementary and Lena Dunn Elementary have new principals for the next school year.
The Washington Community School Board hired Tom Lee for Griffith and Jeanette Lobeck for Lena Dunn on Monday.
The Washington Times Herald reports that Lee has been with the elementary school since 2005. He is replacing the retiring Rich Lloyd.
The paper says the Lobeck was with the Daviess/Martin County Special Education Co-Op from 2001 to 2013 and has been an assistant Principal and Principal with the Princeton School corporation. Lobeck replaces Rob McCormick who will remain with the Washington School system.
