An overnight investigation by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department has resulted in the arrest of 60-year-old Jan Morgan of Princeton.
Morgan was jailed without bond for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and operating while never licensed.

Thursday, 26-year-old Cody Kessler of Washington was arrested on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $250,000.
