Senior and Family Services is looking for drivers for the Med Express Service.
Executive Director Jill Cecil says it’s an ongoing issue that such services have been short on drivers.
Under the program, those needing a ride to a doctor’s appointments= are provided one through Med Express. Medicare pays for the ride and private pay is also accepted.
If you’d like to apply for the job as a Med Express driver to go Senior and Family Services on East Main in Washington, pick up an application, fill it out, turn it in, and be prepared for an interview.
The job can be full or part time and has a Monday through Friday daily schedule with an occasional Saturday.
