Firefighters responded to a barn fire at 5147 East and 750 North at just before midnight last night. The initital call reported the location near I69 mile marker 70 east of the interstate.
The barn was reported to have been fulling engulfed. Firemen were on the scene for about three hours. There were no injuries.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department investigated a breaking and entering Monday. It was reported at 5:26-pm at from 484 North and 240 West. The resident reported someone broke in the house and it was ransaked but nothing was missing.
