Warrant and alcohol arrests on Monday and early Tuesday

OVERNIGHT ARRESTS AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

 

40-year-old Philip W. Rutledge of Madisonville, Kentucky was charged with possession of a handgun without a license overnight.  Bond was set at $2000.

30-year-old Rebecca Spenneberg of Jasonville was being held at the security center on a $2000 bond. Washington Police arrested her for driving while suspended. The arrest took place after midnight.

50-year-old Stephen W. Gaither of Washington was jailed overnight for two counts of operating while intoxicated.  One is for having a blood alcohol content greater than .15 and the other was for ovwi with endangerment.  Bond was set at $4000.

 

 

MONDAY ARRESTS

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served a warrant on David W. Jacobs, 49 of Washington on Monday.  He’s being held without bond for dealing and conspiracy to commet dealing in a schedule 2 controlled substance.

46-year-old Michael D. Hamm of Washington was incarcerated on Monday for domestic battery.  Bond was set at $2000.

Washington Police arrested 18-year-old Rodriguez A. Francisco of Washington Monday for operating while never licensed. He was jailed witthout bond.

Richard C. Eblen of Mount Carmel, Illinois was arrested by Daviess County Deputies Monday for possession of meth and possession of marijuana.  Bond was set at $4500.
