Bradley Allen Eskew, 58, died at 2:32 p.m. April 10 in Adams County, Colorado.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Harris Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Gidcumb officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hills Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to River of Life Church in Petersbug.
