The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department picked up 27-year-old Justin H. Davidson of Indianapolis on Wednesday. He was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear. He posted bond.

Warrants were served Wednesday on 38-year-old Edward Fogarty of Washington. He’s charged with battery to a child under 14 and battery in the presence of a child. He bonded out of the security center.

Indiana State Police booked 56-year-old Gail L. Pruitt into jail Wednesday. Pruitt was facing a $4000 bond for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Washington Police investigated an accident Wednesday where 37-year-old Steven P. Hunt was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with greater than .15% blood alcohol content, owi with endangerment, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $8000.
