Area still reeling from this week’s’ storms.

Daviess County Emergency Management officials believe a tornado touched down.

Twister was in the area of  Daviess County at county road  500-east  on Wednesday south of Hudsonville.  Emergency Management Director Paul Goss reports three homes suffered damage.  There were no injuries.
Meanwhile in Knox County, Emergency Management Director John Streeter says that creek beds and drainage ditches are full and that‘s preventing water from properly draining off the roadways.. Since it is only a little over a week into April, Steeter is very aware that situations could change and flooding problems could become more severe. He says the best thing people can do is be ready and be prepared and call officials if you find yourself in need of help.
