Friday morning, Bailey Kendall, a senior at Washington High School, was named the Daviess County Community Foundation’s Lily Endowment Scholar for 2015.
Mary Smith, Director of the Community Foundation said Kendall will receive a four year full-tuition scholarship to the Indiana college of her choice, plus a $900 per year stipend for required books and equipment. Baily told us what the scholarshiop means to her

Bailey, the daughter of Jim and Susan Kendall, has excelled academically, and has been involved in a wide variety of school and community activities during her four years at WHS.
