Four arrests reported on Thursday in Washington…Vincennes police arrested two for failing to register as sex offenders….

41-year-old Kelly Farley of Plainville was arrested Thursday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal.  Bond was set at $2000.

51-year-old Greg Smith  of Washington was arrested on aw arrant for failure to appear for criminal mischief.  Bond was set at $2000.

44-year-old Tami Aldrich of Washington was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department for possession of meth. Bond was set at $2500.

37-year-old Stephanie Riggins of Washington was arrested by City Police Thursday for possession of a syringe and paraphernalia. Also on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for dealing in cocaine and meth and for theft.

 


 

A woman reported to have been injured  and lying in the road following reports of a domestic dispute was identified as Jamie Bland.

As we reported yesterday… between 5:30 and 6 on Wednesday night, Washington City and Daviess County law enforcement  received reports of a man and woman fighting and they were in a blue pick up. Just before 6 a woman was reported to be hitting a man in a truck on the side of the road on Old 50 west of Washington.   The woman, reported to be Bland was seen lying in the road.  It was unclear if she’d had a seizure and was injured by falling from hit by a vehicle.  She was flown to St. Mary’s hospital in Evansville.  The man, 40-year-old James Sisco the second was arersted for operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in bodily injury.

 


 

Vincennes Police Officers arrested two registered sex offenders yesterday afternoon.
Police say they became aware that Brad Fritz and Jonathan Maynard were living within 1-thousand feet of Riley Elementary school.
Police say Fritz is registered as a sexually violent predator and Maynard as a sex offender against children.
The two men were arrested at their residence shortly before 1 pm.
Fritz and Maynard both face a charge of residency violation, a level 6 felony.
Both men were taken to the Knox County Jail without incident..
