Micheal Harvey “Mike” Divine passed away on February 17, 2015 at his home…
with his wife, son, daughter, and sister by his side. He was born on February 27, 1947 in Washington, Indiana to Harvey and Helen (Decker) Divine. He married Sandra Neideffer on June 11, 1966.
Mike graduated from Montgomery High School in 1965. He retired from Navsea at Crane as a heavy motor vehicle operator in September of 2008, and was a lifelong farmer raising cattle.
He was a past member of the Shoals Lions Club serving as president in 1993, was a member of Board of Directors of the REMC, nominating committee member for RTC, 4-H Board Member, and Shoals Community School Board Member.
He dearly loved his family and friends and taking care of his Angus crossbred cattle.
He is survived by wife, Sandra Divine of Shoals

Grandchildren, Haley and Luke Hopkins of Moyock, North Carolina
Sister, Sharon Kidwell of Indianapolis
Nephew, Darren and wife Leanne Kidwell of Indianapolis
Great niece Abby Kidwell, and great-nephews, Caleb and Hunter Kidwell of Indianapolis and Rob Venditti of Chicago, Il.
Preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law Donnie Joe Kidwell and nephew Brad Kidwell.
Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2015 at the Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals, and the service will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in South Martin Cemetery in Rutherford Township.
Preferred memorials are to the South Martin Cemetery Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
