More details were released concerning the Tuesday arrest of 45-year-old Timothy Strahle.
He was charged with sexual battery, criminal confinement, escape, along with weapons and other charges.
It all started around 2-am Monday according to Daviess County Chief Deputy Gary Allison who told the Washington Times Herald that Strahle entered a trailer at Oakwood trailer court. A woman reported Strahle was dressed in black and he told her he was a police officer and he knew she was involved in illegal activity and if she agreed to sexual relations he would not turn her in. Strahle fled shortly after.
Police identified Strahle through their investigation and as he was being arrested he fled officers but was caught after a foot chase.
