An event at East Side Park this weekend will provide a chance for adults to enjoy Valentines Day and help out the Distinxion Basketball Camp Scholarship fund.

A  Parent’s Prom is slated for 7:30 at the Community Building.  It’s a fundraiser for the scholarship fund which is part of the Zeller Family Distinxion Basketball camps.

In addition to teaching basketball, the camps teach character building to kids.  Lori Zeller says the program offers scholarships for those who otherwise could not afford to go..

The Parents Prom is 7:30 to 10, there’ll  be some food, a dj and dancing, and a photographer.  The cost is $35 a couple or $20 per person.
