Monday, 25 year old Quintin Rice of Spencer was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a warrant containing charges of Criminal Confinement in a Vehicle, Criminal Confinement with Bodily Injury, Domestic Battery, and Criminal Mischief. Rice was released on a $50,000 bond.
