-28-year-old Luis Fonseca-Ortiz of Washington was arrested on warrants for Failure to Appear.
-43-year-old Amy Clark of Washington was arrested on a Writ of Attachment on Tuesday.
-27-year-old Daniel Holman of Washington was charged with Operating a Vehicle without Having a License. Bond was posted.
