He was being held without bond after his Monday arrest for Public Intoxication, Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct, Battery on Law Enforcement, Possession of Paraphernalia and Intimidation. The charges stem from a disturbance at Highland Apartments last night.
-40-year-old Leland G. Akers of Washington was arrested yesterday on a Writ of Attachment. Bond was set at $30,000.
-29-year-old Kevin Michel of Washington was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. Bond was set at $2500.
-Justin E. Evans, 35, of Plainville was jailed for Driving While Suspended and False Informing. No bond was set.
