City, County and State Police make weekend arrests

-In the overnight hours today 42-year-old Chad W. Lents of Odon was jailed for Possession of Meth and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Bond was set at $4200. That arrest was made by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.

-An Odon woman was arrested by State Police on Sunday.  39-year-old Rachel L. Steele is charged with Possession of Meth and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Bond was set at $2500.

-Sunday, William A. Johnson, 33, of Washington was jailed following an investigation by Washington officers.  He’s charged with Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Resisting Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department picked up 41-year-old Damon M. Dant of Montgomery on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was made Sunday.  Bond was posted.

 -A Washington man was jailed for Failure to Appear for Possession of Paraphernalia on Saturday. Washington Police arrested 36-year-old Jack Aishe. Bond was set at $2000.

-Donnie Knepp, 33, of Plainville was arrested Saturday for Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Bond was posted. The arrest made by Washington Police.

 -Police reports show a caller told authorities at just before 11 last night they rolled their truck on I69 at the 82 mile marker in the southbound lane.  The caller said he was disoriented.  He was taken to by Southwest Medical to Bloomington Hospital according to the log entries.
