Three face meth charges; warrant served for Neglect and Battery

-Three people were arrested on drug and nuisance charges at around 5:20 last evening at a residence on Northwest 15th and Vincennes Avenue.  33-year-old Erick Revolorio-Monjaras, 27-year-old Rosa A. Rodriguez and 22-year-old Francisco A. Hernandez-Rodriguez are all charged with Possession of Meth and Visiting a Common Nuisance.  Hernandez-Rodriguez is also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and Resisting Law Enforcement and arrested on a warrant for Dealing Meth.  All were jailed without bond.

-A Washington woman was arrested on warrants yesterday for Aggravated Battery, Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury to a person under 14, and Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. Bond was set at $25,000 for 20-year-old Kaylyn A. Jones.

-Brandon J. Walburn of Francisco was jailed in Daviess County on warrants.  He was wanted for two counts of Domestic Battery.  Bond was posted.

-25-year-old Kaytlyn S. Rhodes of Washington was picked up on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Possession of Marijuana.  Bond was set at $2500.

-Raymond D. Purcell, 18 of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for Burglary and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Bond was set at $25,000.

-18-year-old Brittany H. Huffman of Washington was arrested on warrants for one count of Burglary and two counts of Theft.  Bond was seta t $25,000.

 –Loogootee Police report they arrested 47-year-old Brian A. Dant of Loogootee. He was arrested overnight for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with over .15%, Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment and with a Prior Conviction within 5 years.  He was taken to the Martin County Jail.
