-Odon Police arrested 57-year-old James Cox of Odon on Monday. He was arrested on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence and for Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia for Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.
-A resident on North Meridian reported the window of a vehicle broken out Monday morning.
-A caller from a Northwest 2nd home called to police after they say they discovered a breaking and entering and items stolen.
-An accident was investigated yesterday in front of the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department. That was at 3:30pm.
-At 3:42 pm, authorities were called to a West Van Trees address where police reports say a vehicle went off the road on wet pavement and spun into a tree. The driver was not injured but cited for not having insurance.
