ISU FIRE

Indiana State University  is offering to help students after a local apartment complex fire. The Sycamore Place Apartments located near Indiana State University caught fire to 6 of the 14 apartments Friday. The electrical fire destroyed many students belongings. ISU has issued a statement to any student affected by this to contact the Dean of Students and they will help place students in temporary homes.

 

IU FRAT SUSPENSION

A fraternity at Indiana University is looking at a suspension, but no one is saying why. IU sent a cease and desist order to the Chi Omega fraternity last week. The school says the fraternity is not allowed to host any parties or meetings until its suspension is lifted. But neither IU leaders nor the fraternity’s national office is saying what the chapter did to earn the suspension.

 

INDY SHOOTINGS

Five people have been killed in five shootings in the last five days in Indianapolis. The most recent shooting happened Sunday afternoon when a woman was rushed to a hospital after being shot.
