-As the weather began to hit last night, authorities began getting called to slide offs and weather related accidents. 

 

-Washington Twp Fire Rescue 9, Engine 9 and Attack 91 crews responded overnight to a motor vehicle accident. First arriving crews found the vehicle rolled over on it’s side, power lines down and the driver still inside the vehicle. Utility crews cut the power and the patient was extricated and assessed by EMS.

-There was a car in a ditch at Old 50: Daviess Drive at 11:21-pm.  A car was on it’s side in a ditch on 150-South. That was reported at 11:37-pm.

-A parked vehicle was reported hit by another vehicle while parked on Flora Street last night.

-An accident with no injuries occurred at 4-pm yesterday at US 50 and State Road 57.

-Officers investigated a shoplifting case at Wal-Mart Friday afternoon.

-A car/deer crashed occurred at 6:30 yesterday morning at 600-South and 600-East at Montgomery.

 -A Washington man was jailed for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Minor.  The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 22-year-old Nathan Morgan on the charges.  No bond was set.

-Odon Police investigated an incident and charged 24-year-old Tyler Flinn of Odon with Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, Domestic Battery, Intimidation, Battery on Law Enforcement and Resisting Law Enforcement.  No bond was set.

-47-year-old Peggy Stoll was arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespassing.  No bond was set.

-39-year-old Alicia Rasche was served a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Battery on a Public Safety Official.
