Carl Nelson, 64, of Washington, Indiana passed away at 8:00 P.M on Wednesday January 9, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born on December 22, 1954 in Chicago, IL to the late Harvey and Betty (Gorman) Nelson.
Carl was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Jean Nelson who passed away on April 10, 2017, his parents; Harvey and Betty Nelson, his daughter Andrea Nelson, and his grandchild Carl Harvey Nelson.
Carl is survived by his children; Carl Nelson of Washington, Carla Mott (Joseph) of Washington, Betty Schultz (Jonathan) of Washington, his grandchildren; Billy Denham (Cathy), Travis Denham, Donna Murray (James), Jonathan Schultz Jr., James Schultz, Carl Schultz, Brianna Schultz, his great grandchildren, Addison, Tyrel, and Peyton Murray, and two brothers; Russ (Debbie) Nelson of Hammond, IN, and Randy (Vicki) Nelson of Washington, IN, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Per his wishes, no services will be held.
