-57-year-old Charlotte Russell of Loogootee was arrested by Indiana State Police yesterday on warrants for two counts of Battery to a Child Under 14. Bond was set at $10,000.
-Authorities investigating a reported Breaking and Entering at a shop on Daviess County Road 550-South in Washington. The report was made about 10:30 Wednesday morning.
