A Linton man has been charged with attempted murder after an early Wednesday morning shooting in Linton.
The Indiana State Police and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department arrested 24 year old Jared Turner of Linton was booked into the Greene County Jail on felony charges of attempted murder and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury. The victim has been identified as Todd Bennet , Jr. also of Linton. Bennet was transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. According to news reports, the investigation is still on-going.
