Weekend Arrests & Reports

It was a busy weekend for local law enforcement agencies. 14 individuals were booked into the Daviess County Security Center since Friday.  

    Friday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 20 year old Zackary Taylor of Washington for Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle, Criminal Recklessness, and Reckless Driving Property Damage.

    Saturday, the Odon Police Department arrested 27 year old Phillip Fellers of Loogootee on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Intimidation, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Criminal Mischief

   The Washington Police Department arrested 26 year old MaryAnn Christenberry of Washington with a warrant to revoke a suspended sentence Her bond was set at $10,000.

     Washington Police also arrested 32 year old Amy Goodwin of Washington on charges of Domestic Battery, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Disorderly Conduct.

     The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 33 year old Ashley Hancock of Plainville for Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, and Battery.

    40 year old Robert Hatfield of Elnora was arrested by the Odon Police and charged with Harassment, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct.

     The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 23 year old Cheyanne Stone of Washington for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated more than .15%, Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident.  Her bond was set at $2,500.

     And on Sunday,  45 year old Lisa Plummer of Jacksonville, North Carolina was arrested by Washington Police for Operating While Intoxicated

    Odon Police arrested 28 year old Ezekiel Morrow of Linton, for Operating while Intoxicated.  His bond was set at $2,000

     The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25 year old Alexander Walls of Washington on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Refusal.

     50 year old Jerry Gottman of Washington was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Endangerment, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.

    Also, on Sunday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served a warrant containing six counts and arrested 40 year old Nathan Otto of Washington.  Otto faces a charge of Intimidation, two counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Otto remains in the Daviess County Security Center.
