Two arrested for resisting in separate incidents

-Odon police have charged a Loogootee man with Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, and Battery on Law Enforcement, Resisting Law Enforcement, Intimidation and Criminal Mischief.  No bond was set for 27-year-old Phillip A. Fellers. The arrest took place overnight.

-A Washington man was charged by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department Friday with Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle, Criminal Recklessness and Reckless Driving with Property Damage.  No bond was set for 20-year-old Zackary A. Taylor of Washington.

 -An Indianapolis man was jailed in Daviess County on Friday on a Writ of Attachment.  Bond for 40-year-old Shawn Wilburn was set at $30,000.

-A vehicle was broken into and a handgun reported stolen from a vehicle yesterday.  Police were called to a Northwest 1st Street residence about 6:30 Friday morning.  The vehicle’s owner believes the crime took place overnight Thursday or Friday morning.

-Another vehicle burglary was reported from a caller on East Pearl Street.  Prescription medications were reported stolen.

-A property damage accident was investigated on Highway 50 near the roundabout at 1:20 Friday afternoon.
