Labor Day Weekend Police Blotter

-The Washington Township Fire Department was dispatched to 3657 US Highway 50 Monday at 3:40-pm.  A golf cart and then a cornfield was reported on fire.   The fire was reported out just a few minute later.  No injuries.

-There was a car/deer crash at 8339 Old Highway 50 Saturday morning at 7-am.

-Authorities responded to an accident at 900-East and 200-south at 5:42-pm on Saturday.  Emergency crews were on scene for less than an hour. Air Evac was initially dispatched then told to disregard.

-A Kokomo resident was arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies on Monday for Failure to Appear. Bond for 20-year-old Dakota L. Green was set at $2000.

-34-year-old Jermaine A. Johnson of Evansville was arrested Monday for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $7500.

 -Myra Lynn Winkel of Elnora was jailed on Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated.  The 42 year old was booked into the security center without bond.

-54-year-old Todd Clymer of Washington was arrested for Public Intoxication on Saturday. No bond was set.

– A Mitchell man was arrested Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated and OWI with Endangerment and on an Out of County Warrant.  65-year-old John Todd’s bond was set at $2000.

-A Loogootee man was jailed on Saturday for Domestic Battery, Criminal Mischief and Interference with Reporting a Crime.  19-year-old Tre Blanton was lodged in the Martin County Jail.

-A traffic stop on Felt King Road in Knox County Sunday resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Alana Richardson. She’s charged with Possession of Meth and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Bond was set at $5000.

-A Sunday night investigation by Vincennes University Police ended in the arrest of 19-year-old Cornell Morrow Junior and 18-year-old Le’Andre McMahan-Williams. Both are from Anderson.  Morrow-Junior was charged with Dealing Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance while McMahan-Wiliams was charged with Possession of Marijuana.
