Two arrested at a local motel

-Two people were charged with Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon and Disorderly Conduct.  Washington Police arrested 29-year-old Courtney P. Hawkins and 25-year-old Al R. Martin on the charges.  Martin was also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia.  Both were jailed without bond.  The charges stem from an incident investigated last night at just before 11-pm.  Police were called to Theroff’s Motel where the two allegedly were making threats with a baseball bat.

-A motorist from Washington is charged with 3 counts of Operating While Intoxicated including with Endangerment and with a Controlled Substance.  41-year-old Dawn M.  Graber was stopped at West Oak and Plaza Drive last night and upon investigation was taken into custody.

-Washington Police charged 19-year-old Jordan L. Alsman of Washington Wednesday with Possession and Dealing Marijuana.  He is also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and synthetic Cannabis.  Bond was posted.

-Washington Police picked up 34-year-old Amy R. Marcum of Tell City on an Out of County Warrant.  No bond was set.

-37-year-old Shawn L. Deanecelli was arrested on an Out of County Warrant Wednesday.  No bond was set.  That arrest was made by the Sheriff’s Department.

-There was a car/deer crash on Viola Avenue at 9:22 last night. 

-A car rear ended a semi at US 50 and I69 yesterday morning at 7:30.  Traffic was delayed in the area for about 20 minutes.  The car’s driver was taken to the hospital and the vehicle sustained heavy front end damage and was towed from the scene.
