Good Samaritan Hospital announced they’ve hired a new Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Molly Weiss started out with Good Sam 13 years ago and currently practices at Vincennes Orthopedics. She will continue that practice and to see patients.
CEO, Rob McLin says that Weiss’ experience and skill and knowledge of the hospital make her a valuable asset.
Dr. Weiss says she wants to facilitate communication between doctors and administration. She added that her goals are also to represent the medical staff and the hospital in matters pertaining to quality of care for paticents and assessment and improvement of medical care standards as well as leadership of the medical staff.
