WPD serve warrants and arrest 2

-Two Washington men were jailed Thursday on drug charges. Washington Police say they, along with state police and the DEA Task Force, served a narcotics warrant at 203 Southeast 11th Apartment 1 in Washington.  They were also serving an arrest warrant on 72-year-old Donald Wolfe wanted for Dealing in a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance. Upon the search warrant, Donald Wolfe was also charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  During the search 42-year-old Curtis Wolfe was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.

  -The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 35-year-old Amanda D. Merritt of Indianapolis on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Theft and Dealing in a Schedule 4 controlled Substance.  Bond was set at $50,000.

 -Washington Police arrested 30-year-old Austin R. Hernandez of Bicknell yesterday. He’s charged with Driving While Suspended with a Prior. Bond was posted.
