Carl James “Jim” Cox died Tuesday. The service for Jim will take place on Saturday , 1pm at Gill Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral from 11am to 1pm. Interment will follow the service at Sugarland Memory Gardens with Military Rites. Carl James “Jim” Cox was 88.
