-An Elnora teen was arrested early today for Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and with Endangerment. Bond was set at $2000 for 18-year-old Jordan F. Saucerman.
-Sunday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 21-year-old Edgar Crespo-Acevedo with Operating While Intoxicated with Greater than or Equal to .15% and with Endangerment. He’s also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia. Bond was posted.
-31-year-old Michael W. Veller of Washington was jailed for a Felony count of Operating While Intoxicated on Sunday. The arrested made by Washington Police.
-Washington Police arrested 25-year-old Rogelio Luna-Perez of Washington on a Daviess County warrant for Failure to Appear for Possession of Marijuana, and a Dubois County warrant for Domestic Battery and Strangulation Bond was posted. Luna-Perez was arrested on Northeast 14th just before 10-am Sunday.
-Johnathan D. Simmons, 30 of Loogootee, was picked up by the Sheriff’s Department Sunday on an Out of County warrant.
-An investigation by Sheriff’s Deputies Sunday resulted in the arrest of 28-year-old Samantha S. Burris. She’s charged with Possession of Meth, Paraphernalia, a Controlled Substance and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. She was also wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant. NO bond was set.
-30-year-old Crystal D. Overton of Washington was jailed on an Out of County warrant Sunday.
